I formulated and maintained various types of progress schedules including, Critical Path Methods, conducted formal job meetings, and expedited the ultimate job completion by coordination of activities between the field personnel and sub-contractors and materials. In addition to reviewing and maintaining job cost controls of all trades and general conditions and requisitions, applications for payment, vouchers, and inspections. Tasks also include the procurement of financing for projects and the review of any new development projects for feasibility studies.

Involved as a consultant in the following areas: unions and coalitions, also in various phases of construction in management, administration, affirmative action regulations, and adherence to governmental regulations and in overall public and employee relations in financing and project development.

Supervised managers in the management of their properties for a total of approximately 2500 dwelling units and commercial spaces. Also involved with all phases of the projects including management training and governmental regulations. Directly responsible for the management and supervision of a seven-building development with an approximate rental roll in excess of 5 million containing 761 dwelling units and 14 commercial spaces with a parking garage with 273 spaces. Staffing on this site consisted of 31 maintenance personnel, 18 security officers, and an office staff of eight.

Parochial School Teacher:
Taught eighth-grade graduating class with the responsibility of preparing students emotionally and intellectually for high school. In addition, I taught Language Arts to eighth and seventh grades often not only in reemphasizing their past education but translating into Spanish. Mass communication was stressed through reading programs and games for an overall improvement of their communicative skills in writing and speech.
The Center Community Services, Director:
As Director, my duties entailed planning, organization, coordination, and supervision of the youth programs and staff consisting of twelve counselors and 100-150 children in the program. Also, the supervision and scheduling of teachers and planning trips and activities.

Bishop/Pastor Jose Aguayo Ministry Recap Pastor Jose commenced his ministry in New York City with Dorea Ministries in the 1980's. Under Dorea Ministries he oversaw the following departments:
1- The teaching of biblical Principles and Research
2- Battered wives and women outreach
3- Youth outreach
4- Prayer team training and deliverance supervision
5- Oversaw the prison outreach
6- Oversaw the Construction and development outreach
In 1999 God led him to Missouri to join Joyce Meyer Ministries and there he was involved in the following:
1- Prayer lines
2- Correspondence department where he undertook the translation of all foreign mail like Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Bosnian, Swahili, and Afrikaans to name a few.
3- Developing the Hispanic division of the Prison Outreach.
4- Traveled extensively throughout the United States and to Foreign countries with the Prison outreach and world outreach departments.
He was then transferred to the Pastoral Staff of the St Louis Dream Center: The
Pastor assumed these responsibilities:
1- Pastoral Care department
2- Development and training of 7 Prayer Teams
3- All deliverances
4- The food outreach ministries
5- The Warehouse ministry
6- Hispanic outreach ministry
7- Bus ministry
8- Foreign correspondence
In 2005 the Pastor was then led to the Church of Divine Grace to Pastor and oversee these departments:
1- Pastoral Care
2- Prayer teams and deliverance
3- Prison Outreaches
4- Missouri Hispanic Pastors
5- Youth Division
6- Construction and development division
7- Chapel services for the Hispanic and English population in the Prisons
8- Oversee all foreign outreaches, missions, and training
Further, the Pastor has been overseeing the G-Team, (Gods Team). This team is made up of Pastors and Ministry Leaders who travel on crusades to various countries in the Caribbean and abroad to teach, pray, and minister via services, workshops and outreaches to the communities and Spiritual Leaders. The Pastor also serves as a Volunteer Chaplain with Billy Graham Ministries and is also with their Rapid Response Team. The Pastor has also been nominated to join the International Hispanic Chaplain Association and to be a Superintendent.
In St. Louis, MO, the Pastor has served with Billy Graham's
Committee and has assisted with the Urbana Conference, VIAHMO and
AGRH (Rescue Missions), conventions to name just a few.
The Pastor has been vigorously involved with opening Accredited Theological Colleges and Schools in Haiti, Bahamas, Jamaica, and several other countries. The Pastors educational background is as follows:
St. Johns University, New York University, LaSalle University, NYC Technical College, Voorhees College and International Theological College
The Pastor is presently held several certifications with, ICISF, International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, necessary for his position as Chaplain with the Billy Graham Ministries Rapid Response Team.
